　　CBS will be bringing back another one of its veteran dramas for the 2019-20 TV season.
　　Announced this afternoon, the network has officially renewed “NCIS” for its seventeenth season. The news comes after star and executive producer, Mark Harmon, signed a new deal with CBS to reprise his role on the series.
　　“NCIS has been a global juggernaut for almost two decades,” said CBS Entertainment President, Kelly Kahl. “Its viewers are clearly the most loyal of any drama on television. They are passionate about the characters, the plotlines and the storytelling. We owe a huge debt of gratitude to the gifted production team and the cast, led by the extraordinary Mark Harmon. We are delighted that the show will remain a linchpin of the CBS schedule this coming season.”
　　In its current season, “NCIS” has been averaging 12.2 million viewers in the live + same day ratings, making it TV’s second-most-watched scripted series, behind only “The Big Bang Theory.” It has remained a strong performer for CBS, in both its ratings and viewership numbers, and was widely considered to be a strong renewal contender leading up to the announcement today.
　　With this renewal, “NCIS” now joins “Young Sheldon,” “Mom,” “Criminal Minds,” “God Friended Me,” “Magnum P.I.,” “FBI,” and “The Neighborhood” on a growing list scripted titles confirmed to be returning on CBS for the 2019-20 season.

　　《紧急呼救》讲述警察﹑医护人员及消防员所面对的高压﹑可怕﹑震惊情景。这些应对紧急情况的人得平衡好自己，在帮助别人的同时，也得解决自己生活中的问题。

三位正经历中年危机的成年人陷入三角恋，最终导致其中一人死亡。

　　《美国谍梦》已被续订到第六季，但是第六季将会是剧终季。第六季10集，2018年播出。

　　TBS过去直接预订《奇迹缔造者 Miracle Workers》成剧，这部喜剧由《哈利波特 Harry Potter》系列主角Daniel Radcliffe，以及Steve Buscemi主演，这剧由Lorne Michaels当执行制片﹑《男追女 Man Seeking Woman》的Simon Rich主创。
　　这部根据Simon Rich所著一书《What in God’s Name》改篇的7集诗选剧预定在18年播出，《奇迹缔造者》是部职场喜剧，不过这个「职场」是指天堂，Daniel Radcliffe饰演低级天使Craig，负责处理全人类的祈祷，Steve Buscemi（原本是Owen Wilson，后被取代）则饰演Craig的顶头上司 - 上帝。这位上帝因为自己爱好关系而擅离职守，因此Craig为了阻止地球被毁，他得在限期前完成最不可能的奇迹。
　　Geraldine Viswanathan饰演Eliza，她经过在天堂收发室的500年默默耕耘﹑孜孜不倦地分类人间数十亿人的各种祈祷，终于被提拔到「祈祷回应部」。她对自己终于能为人类回复祈祷来帮助他们而感到高兴，但Eliza发现真相是仅有极少量的祈祷会得到答复，这现实泼了她一脸冷水……更要命的是这些所谓「祈祷」，只是想找到车匙或想赶上电梯这类鸡毛蒜皮小事；而身为完美主义者的她，决定在新工作第一天就处理重要「祈祷」，但这无意中引发了能毁灭地球的灾难。
　　Jon Bass饰演Sam，温柔体贴﹑害羞﹑善良﹑孤独的他认为自己没吸引力又没成就而感到自卑。当他遇上Laura时，爱上对方的Sam不敢有所行动，因此他决定向上帝祈祷能与Laura一起。Karan Soni饰演上帝的左右手，负责每周向上帝汇报；他性格上有点「好好先生」，因此他得尽力去应付这顽童似的上司，并与他争论一些绝对会引发大问题的主意，例如炸了Bill Maher（单口秀演员﹑清谈节目主持）……或者毁坏地球。

　　Things You Should Have Done is a hilarious, offbeat, dysfunctional family-sitcom from the unique comedy mind of Lucia Keskin. Chi (Lucia) is a self-confessed ‘stay-at-home-daughter'. She lives a simple life; she eats crisps, makes weird vlogs and watches sitcoms, and that’s all she’s done for 20 years to be fair. But when her parents, who she is so dependent on, unexpectedly die, Chi is suddenly forced to fend for herself. Chi will inherit the house on condition she completes a list of 'Things You Should Have Done’ left by her parents (everything from ‘Pet a dog’ to ‘Get a job’). Meanwhile Chi’s highly strung Auntie Karen (Selin Hizli) wants nothing to do with her dependent pest of a niece, but very much wants the house she feels is rightfully hers! In each episode, Chi tackles something from the list and is unleashed on the locals of Ramsgate, who bring something new to Chi’s understanding of life but leave wishing they’d never met her.

　　蕾妮·齐薇格将领衔主演NBC犯罪题材限定剧《关于帕姆的那些事》(The Thing About Pam，暂译)，齐薇格同时担任执行制作人。该剧将围绕2011年NBC播报的真实犯罪新闻Betsy Faria谋杀案的背后故事展开，Russ Faria谋杀了妻子Betsy Faria，而这一案件则与美国妇女Pamela Marie Hupp2016年在密苏里州奥法伦市的家中谋杀了Louis Gumpenberger交叉在一起，Hupp被判处无期徒刑。NBC已一次性订购该剧6集。

　　《叫她系主任》讲述金智允博士（吴珊卓 Sandra Oh 饰）在声名显赫的彭布罗克大学当上英文系系主任，她正努力适应这个新岗位。她是学校首位女系主任，更是大学职员之中少数的有色人种，必然要应付一般人不会面对的种种挑战。《叫她系主任》由吴珊卓、Jay Duplass、Holland Taylor、卜巴拉宾 (Bob Balaban)、Nana Mensah、大卫摩斯 (David Morse) 和 Everly Carganilla 主演，8 月 20 日在 Netflix 首播。

　　《迷失》第五季开播前就有编剧透露，将会有一名重要角色死去，而之前剧集中埋下了多重伏笔，也将会逐渐收拢，谜底慢慢揭开。这一季主要讲述“六位离岛者为什么要回去”。虽然《迷失》已经有六季完结的大框架，但是第五季的挑战也不小，在第四季那么多冲突制造完之后，剧情的节奏和爆点恐怕会有所放缓。《迷失》中依然有很多很多的谜底有待揭开，这也是剧迷一直牵挂的。和以往闪回闪前的叙事方式不同，第五季主要是岛外和岛上生活的叙事方式为主。

　　PBS续订《#斯嘉丽小姐和公爵# Miss Scarlet & The Duke》第二季，A+E Networks International退出该项目。
