熙德第一季

　　第五个季节集中在媒体行业。巴尔的摩太阳报面对利润的下滑、记者和新闻的数量减少、新闻质量下降的困境，如何报道被杀流浪者的新闻专题。
　　第四季结束后的十五个月，市长Carcetti削减警局预算缩减教育赤字迫使案件调查中止。McNulty回到重案组，通过伪造证据制造了流浪者连环杀人案。暗自联系记者，得到社会关注，最终争取到市长支持查案。McNulty 将所得资源分配给警局的侦探使得多个案件取得重大进展……

　　Horatio Caine：David Caruso饰演，是迈阿密达德郡犯罪实验室的组长，曾经是拆弹小组的警官，现在是监识分析师。
　　Calleigh Duquesne：Emily Procter演，弹道科学家，出生于路易西安那州达尼尔（Darnell），西班牙语十分流利，曾在图兰大学（Tulane University）获得物理学学士学位。
　　Eric Delko：Adam Rodriguez饰演，指纹与药品辨识专家，土生土长于迈阿密，曾在迈阿密大学获得化学学士学位。父亲俄罗斯人，母亲古巴人，所以西班牙语和俄语都很流利。当情况需要时，达可在小组里通常是扮演蛙人的角色。
　　Alexx Woods：Khandi Alexander饰演，迈阿密达德郡的验尸官。她有一个古怪的习惯就是在验尸的时候跟尸体讲话，通常是想要让死者死后可以更为安详。
　　Ryan Wolfe：Jonathan Togo饰演，是一个想进入真实鑑识工作的基层巡逻员警。他了解到自己永远无法取代史毕的地位，只能尽力地成为小组的一员。沃夫首次出现在“Under the Influence”这一集，不过直到“Hell Night”这一集之后才变成常态演出。
　　Yelena Salas：Sofia Milos饰演，一个常常跟CSI一起调查的重案组探员，也是何瑞修弟弟雷蒙的遗孀。

　　《杀戮一代》是以2003年伊拉克战争为题材电视连续短剧，改编自Evan Wright的同名原著。这部系列剧将于2008年7月在HBO频道播出，片长七小时，制作团队是David Simon, Ed Burns, Nina K. Noble, Andrea Calderwood, George Faber和Charles Pattinson。
　　同名小说《杀戮一代》（2004）是一本由滚石杂志的记者Evan Wright根据亲身经历编写的自传，讲述了他身为深入战区的记者，跟随美国海军陆战队第一远征军参与了2003年伊拉克战争的经历。他对海军陆战队生活的阐述最早是在2003年秋天，由滚石杂志分三期连载出版。系列的开篇《杀手精英》，在2004年荣获全国杂志奖的最佳报道奖。

　　本剧讲述一位心理治疗师(席格尔饰)打破常规、将自身想法完全告诉客户的故事，福特则饰演菲尔·罗德斯博士，一位脚踏实地、锋芒毕露的心理医生，这也是他首次在剧集中担任主演。

　　When the young Filipino au pair Ruby disappears from one of Denmark's most affluent neighborhoods north of Copenhagen, the neighbor, Cecilie, becomes convinced that something has happened to her. 　　A group of aliens has come to Earth to learn about its population, customs, etc. To avoid detection, they have taken on human form which gives them human emotions, physical needs etc. WITHOUT the understanding of what they mean or the inhibitions normally present in humans. Their leader takes the position of a college professor, their military expert as his sister, their intelligence expert, supposedly oldest of group takes form of his teenage son. The uninhibited reactions turn everyday events into unusual situations.
