　　改编自美国警史上案发时间最长也最为血腥的真实案件之一。片名「#211」是一种警察代码，代表「抢案正在进行」。
　　麦克钱德勒（尼古拉斯·凯奇 饰）干了一辈子警察，总算准备享受退休生活。他的搭档史提夫麦艾维是一名菜鸟警察，也正是他的女婿。他们身旁还有一个法庭指定的十五岁男孩肯尼，要随同他们执勤。儘管他们百般不愿带个拖油瓶，但他们仍一如往常在城市街区巡逻。
　　然而，三人很快发现，命运让他们正面遭逢了一场大胆又暴力的银行抢案。他们遇上了一群无所畏惧、训练精良的重装抢匪，分别是特瑞、路克、罗伯和海德，让他们陷入了措手不及与火力不足的困境。

夏丁原是西岐城将军家的孩子，蛮人入侵杀死了夏丁的父母和西岐城的所有将士，夏丁流亡到太平镇。在此长大的夏丁和同病相怜的女孩阿梨，受尽镇卫长的儿子诺夫的欺负。但是夏丁为了保护太平镇的百姓大战恶龙和恶狼。当蛮族入侵太平镇时，夏丁终于知道自己是被雷神选中的羽人，他生出双翅，引出雷电，杀光了蛮人，也杀死了为蛮人效力的女巫。可惜最后爱人阿梨被女巫掏心死去，夏丁用翅膀护住阿梨变为石人。百年后，雷电交加，石头破裂生出一个男孩，恰好姬昌路过，收养为义子，取名雷震子。从此，能生出双翅并能引入雷电之力的雷震子帮助姬昌讨伐纣王。

　　Gary Busey plays Buck, a former Vietnam veteran/ex-con recently released from the state prison. He returns to the small Midwest town where he grew up only to discover the place overrun by a large motorcycle gang bent on causing trouble. When the bikers murder his wife and traumatize his young daughter, Busey, with the help from a fellow Vietnam vet, as well as his former cell-mate, a drug kingpin living in Miami, Buck arms himself to the teeth and wages a war against the motorcyclists to destroy them once and for all.

Confederate spies move into the warehouse district, disguised as Yanks, to take stock of what is still there that might be of use to the army of the north. They find a lot. The word comes down from Confederate command to burn the entire district, destroying vast quantities of goods and uprooting hundreds of families that have been in the area for decades. "The Burning of Atlanta" is the story of the destruction of a major city near the end of the war, and the desperation and terror this causes in the lives of those who watch their entire society collapse around them.
