发现女巫第二季

　　一个普通的10月14日午后，世界上有2%的人消失了。就在一瞬间，没什么特效声响，就在这一刻消失了。就在你我身边，相识的，陌生的，一大批1亿4千万人，又不过只是五十分之一。世界上大部分基础设施都因此有一点损坏，有一点像世界末日，又没那么严重。世界就因为这一刻而改变了。科学机构对这一事件调查却一无所获，基督教将这次事件成为被提，却无法解释善良的信徒为何会与罪犯一同飞升。没人知道这些人为何消失，去往何处（包括编剧）。而本剧将要讲述那些被遗弃者（The Leftovers）怎样度过他们的生活，怎样对待这件事。
　　Justin Theroux扮演当地警长Kevin Garvey，两个孩子的父亲。「升天」事件发生后，他饱受人们的指责，但他依然是所有「被抛弃的人」的主心骨，只有他能维持当地的正常生活——尽管「正常」二字在当地人看来早已是过去式。Amy Brenneman扮演Garvey警长的妻子Laurie，她出人意料地抛弃自己的人生、事业和家庭加入了神秘组织GR(Guilty Remnant)。GR组织由极少数认为自己有罪并决心始终忠于上帝以获得救赎的人组成，他们全都身穿白衣，默不作声，用香烟来麻痹自己的神经。他们每两人组成一队，在镇上四处跟踪其他人，监视每一处他们能监视的地方。Chris Zylka扮演Garvey夫妇的儿子Tom，从大学辍学后受到宗教领袖Holy Wayne的吸引，决心走上一条避世的道路。Margaret Qualley扮演Garvey夫妇的女儿Jill，虽然最近发生的巨变影响了她看待世界的态度，虽然她和她的朋友已经彻底迷失方向，但她还是和父亲一样渴望让生活回到从前的模样。

　　Filming has started on BBC Two’s critically acclaimed drama The Last Kingdom, from Carnival Films. 　　The 11th and final season of Showtime’s signature comedy Shameless is under way, and now it’s getting a hybrid recap/original extension series of sorts. The premium cabler has set Shameless Hall of Shame to premiere Sunday, December 27.
　　The six-episode Hall of Shame will feature new, original Shameless scenes juxtaposed with a retrospective look at each character’s journey during the prior 10 seasons. The first episode will feature Ian (Cameron Monaghan) and Mickey (Noel Fisher), showcasing their unique relationship and its evolution from a teen fling into a loving, complicated marriage. New episodes will be interspersed throughout the final season.
