　　杰米·贝尔主演的新剧《逆转奇兵》的背景是美国的独立战争时期，是一部间谍惊悚剧。故事改编自作家/历史学家Alexander Rose的作品《华盛顿的间谍们》(Washingtons Spies: The Story of Americas yakubd.ccFirst Spy Ring)，关于美国第一个间谍的不为人知的秘密故事，终于被揭开。杰米·贝尔将饰演Abe Woodhull，一个小农民，住在被英国占领的长岛敌后地区。他与一群儿时的伙伴，成立了The Culper Ring，一个看起来不怎么真实的秘密特工小组。他们四处活动，使得反叛军各种获利，推动了战争的浪潮。他们大胆的尝试，也彻底改变了“间谍的艺术”，我们所熟知的现代谍报技术就此诞生，伴随着不能回避的道德层面的复杂考验。这是一个充满活力且具有当代意义的故事，《逆转奇兵》将历史变得更加悬疑，且拥有娱乐共鸣。

　　Filming has begun on the fourth series of popular Bath-based detective drama McDonald & Dodds, starring Tala Gouveia and BAFTA award-winner Jason Watkins.
　　
　　Comprising three feature length films (3 x120), the guest cast for the first story includes Toby Stephens (Lost In Space), singer/songwriter Pixie Lott (The Voice Kids), Lydia Leonard (Gentleman Jack), Daniel Lapaine (Catastrophe), Dipo Ola (Landscapers), John Gordon Sinclair (Gregory’s Girl) and Ace Bhatti (Line of Duty).
　　
　　In this first film, McDonald and Dodds begin to investigate when a middle-aged woman is found shot dead in a rented flat. The killer has removed all clues to her identity, but DNA reveals she went missing over 35 years ago. Where has she been all those years? And who with?
　　
　　Returning to the cast this series are Claire Skinner (Outnumbered) who plays Chief Superintendent Ormond and Charlie Chambers (EastEnders) who plays DC Goldie. Bhavik C. Pankhania (World On Fire) joins the line up as DC Lee.
　　
　　The series has been commissioned for ITV by Polly Hill and Huw Kennair Jones and will be produced by Joe Shrubb. Executive producers are Robert Murphy, Damien Timmer and Charlotte Webber. The first film is written by Robert Murphy and directed by Khurrum M. Sultan.

　　The previous three series are available to view via streaming platforms ITVX in the UK and Britbox in North America and Australia. ITV Studios will distribute the drama internationally.
