　　该片讲述恐怖主义者（玄彬 饰）与女谈判专家（孙艺珍 饰）之间反复对决的恐怖犯罪题材故事，恐怖分子时时刻刻用各种难以预料的方法进行施压，双方将进行一场激烈的脑力斗争。

　　掌管灯台的金毛鼠精乘如来佛祖在化龙池闭关之际，封锁化龙池，假传如来法旨，以地涌夫人身份掌管人间，被斗战胜佛孙悟空撞破。地涌夫人假扮唐僧，用如来降魔杵将孙悟空打落凡间。各路神仙不敢违抗如来法旨，暗中派出门下弟子，前往人间拯救悟空。悟空化身凡胎归儿，与半人半狐的朝颜二人行骗江湖为生。二人来到东胜村，认识了被误认为是悟空转世的猊小九与扶摇仙子。在扶摇的指导下，归儿明白了法力源自于自身，而并非是从他处索取。虽然归儿从倪小九获得了法力，但最终还是依靠归儿自己变身成孙悟空战胜了地涌夫人拯救了苍生。
