　　CBS will be bringing back another one of its veteran dramas for the 2019-20 TV season.
　　Announced this afternoon, the network has officially renewed “NCIS” for its seventeenth season. The news comes after star and executive producer, Mark Harmon, signed a new deal with CBS to reprise his role on the series.
　　“NCIS has been a global juggernaut for almost two decades,” said CBS Entertainment President, Kelly Kahl. “Its viewers are clearly the most loyal of any drama on television. They are passionate about the characters, the plotlines and the storytelling. We owe a huge debt of gratitude to the gifted production team and the cast, led by the extraordinary Mark Harmon. We are delighted that the show will remain a linchpin of the CBS schedule this coming season.”
　　In its current season, “NCIS” has been averaging 12.2 million viewers in the live + same day ratings, making it TV’s second-most-watched scripted series, behind only “The Big Bang Theory.” It has remained a strong performer for CBS, in both its ratings and viewership numbers, and was widely considered to be a strong renewal contender leading up to the announcement today.
　　With this renewal, “NCIS” now joins “Young Sheldon,” “Mom,” “Criminal Minds,” “God Friended Me,” “Magnum P.I.,” “FBI,” and “The Neighborhood” on a growing list scripted titles confirmed to be returning on CBS for the 2019-20 season.

　　该剧根据DC旗下Vertigo出的同名漫画改篇，13集的第二季讲述传教士Jesse Custer（Dominic Cooper饰）在知道上帝失踪了后，联同那神经病女友Tulip（Ruth Negga饰）及爱尔兰吸血鬼Cassidy（Joseph Gilgun）出发去找那家伙回来。不过主角们将不会一路顺风，因为从地狱而来的杀人犯将会追杀他们。

　　Things You Should Have Done is a hilarious, offbeat, dysfunctional family-sitcom from the unique comedy mind of Lucia Keskin. Chi (Lucia) is a self-confessed ‘stay-at-home-daughter'. She lives a simple life; she eats crisps, makes weird vlogs and watches sitcoms, and that’s all she’s done for 20 years to be fair. But when her parents, who she is so dependent on, unexpectedly die, Chi is suddenly forced to fend for herself. Chi will inherit the house on condition she completes a list of 'Things You Should Have Done’ left by her parents (everything from ‘Pet a dog’ to ‘Get a job’). Meanwhile Chi’s highly strung Auntie Karen (Selin Hizli) wants nothing to do with her dependent pest of a niece, but very much wants the house she feels is rightfully hers! In each episode, Chi tackles something from the list and is unleashed on the locals of Ramsgate, who bring something new to Chi’s understanding of life but leave wishing they’d never met her.

　　Horrible Histories returns for a special about King John and Magna Carta, starring Ben Miller. John annoys the Barons and agrees Magna Carta at Runnymede, after a banging rap battle. Meanwhile across the world we meet the formidable Genghis Khan in Mongolia, and catch up with the crafty Saladin during the Crusades. With of course, our host Rattus to guide the way!

　　乌玛·瑟曼将主演苹果新剧《怀疑》(Suspicion，暂译)。该剧卡司还包括昆瑙·内亚(《生活大爆炸》)、诺亚·艾默里奇(《美国谍梦》)、乔治娜·坎贝尔(《黑镜》)、伊莱耶斯·加贝尔(《天蝎》)、伊丽莎白·亨斯屈奇(《神盾局特工》)、安琪儿·库碧(《梅林传奇》)。剧集改编自以色列剧集《False Flag》，讲述21岁的利奥在纽约的一家大型高端旅馆被绑架，而且被拍成了视频，视频在网上引起了轰动。4名居住在这家酒店的英国人成为了主要被怀疑的对象。乌玛将饰演利奥的母亲，她是一位成功的商人。罗伯·威廉姆斯担任剧集运作人，克里斯·朗(《美国谍梦》)执导。
